🍫 About Our Melt Pots
Our Melt Pots are indulgent, gooey brownies designed to be warmed before eating. Pop your Melt in the microwave, grab a spoon and enjoy it warm and rich — just as brownies should be! 🤎
Absolutely! That’s the whole point. 😍 Our brownies are specially made to be warmed and enjoyed gooey, rather than eaten cold like a traditional brownie. For the best results, follow the heating instructions on the label and remember to remove the lid before microwaving.
Remove the lid before heating and microwave for 20-30 seconds according to the instructions on your pot. Microwave temperatures and power levels vary, so you may need to adjust the heating time slightly. For the best experience, we recommend warming your Melt until it’s lovely, soft and gooey.
You can, but that’s not how we designed them! 😂 Our Melt Pots are made to be warmed, which is when they really come into their own.
📦 Ordering & Delivery
FREE UK DELIVERY is included with every box of 5. ✨ Your box will be sent using Royal Mail Tracked 24®.
We aim to prepare and dispatch orders the same day they are placed, Monday to Saturday, whenever possible. Orders placed later in the day may be dispatched on the next working day. Orders placed on a Sunday will be processed for dispatch on Monday.
Royal Mail Tracked 24 has a next-working-day delivery aim, although this isn’t guaranteed. We recommend allowing up to 48 hours from dispatch for your order to arrive.
Yes! Your order will be sent using Royal Mail Tracked 24, so you’ll receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched. Royal Mail can also provide delivery notifications and delivery options such as Safeplace or delivery to a preferred neighbour.
We don’t routinely dispatch orders on Sundays. However, Royal Mail Tracked 24 can provide Sunday parcel deliveries in some areas, so your order may occasionally arrive on a Sunday.
Although Royal Mail aims to deliver Tracked 24 parcels the next working day, delays can occasionally happen. If your order hasn’t arrived within 48 hours of dispatch, please get in touch and we’ll be happy to look into it.
🧊 Storage & Freshness
Please keep your Melt Pots refrigerated when they arrive for best shelf life. For the best taste and texture, allow your Melt to come to room temperature briefly or warm it as directed before enjoying. Please always follow the use-by date and storage instructions on your individual pot.

Absolutely! 👑 Our boxes are designed to make a lovely gift, whether you’re treating a friend, celebrating a birthday, saying thank you or simply sending someone a little bit of happiness. Just enter the recipient’s delivery address at checkout.
Your order confirmation and receipt are sent electronically, so your recipient won’t receive your payment details inside the box.
